Screaming for the Sunrise Black: Collector's FAQ

Quick answer

The Screaming for the Sunrise Black edition is a 2011 San Diego Comicon exclusive vinyl figure by Yoskay Yamamoto. This FAQ covers common collector questions about its care, display, and unique features.

Frequently asked questions

How should I display the figure?

Place it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading of the silver paint. Use a stable shelf or a display case to avoid dust accumulation on the fabric ribbon. Avoid prolonged UV exposure to maintain the colorway.

Can I remove the fabric ribbon?

Yes, the ribbon is removable. Handle it gently to avoid fraying, and store it separately if you prefer a minimalist display.

How do I clean the vinyl?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. For stubborn dust, slightly dampen the cloth with water—avoid any solvents or abrasives that could damage the paint. Never use alcohol or chemical cleaners.

Is the gold foil box important?

Yes, the original gold foil box adds to the collectible value. Store it in a cool, dry place to prevent damage, and keep all packaging for future resale. Retain the box and any inserts for authenticity.

What makes this edition different from others?

This black and silver colorway is exclusive to San Diego Comicon 2011, with only 200 pieces produced. It includes a removable fabric ribbon not found on other versions. The exclusivity and unique accessories set it apart.
