The 9.5 inch scale gives the wave detail so much more presence on my shelf than I expected from photos. Kozyndan's illustration translates perfectly into the sculpt, and the deep blue paint job has this subtle depth in person.
Didn't expect the rotocast vinyl to feel this solid in hand — no hollow cheapness at all. The deep blue on the waves pops way more in person than in photos, and at 9.5 inches it fills the shelf without being obnoxious.
