Om "Big Daddy" Ed Roth var Lowbrows gud, är The Pizz definitivt rörelsens herre. Original och kreativ, leder han genom exempel med skickligt penselarbete, lysande färglager och en skarp konstnärlig känsla, och förmedlar sitt budskap till sina lärjungar som ett andra kommande. Många samtida "lowbrow"-konstnärer nämner The Pizz som ett av sina stora influenser.

"Eyegore föddes i en målning som visades på Laguna Art Museums utställning "Kustom Kulture". Verket hette "A Salute To The Holy Trinity Of Von Dutch, Ed "Big Daddy" Roth and Robt. Wms"... redan 1992.

Med en liten kromögd kille är han en blandning av de tre hot-rod-mästarnas olika signaturskapelser och stilistiska kännetecken, så vi har Dutchs Flying Eyeball och Roths Rat Fink och Williams Cootchy Cootie, med en tung blandning av de tre mästarnas kultliknande Wehrmacht-besatthet och överflödet av krom... Han påminner också om min skapelse för Sympathy For The Record Industrys "Eldridge Cleaver"-karaktär...samma hobnaglad motorcykelstövlar och WWI-tida StahlHelm..."
