MunkyKing is proud to present the Alley Cat Black colorway of The Broken Promise, Ausgang’s second designer vinyl release with MunkyKing featuring his trademark psychedelic cat as designed by Dave Bondi. The Broken Promise presents a four-armed bifurcating cat shaking hands with itself while simultaneously flashing the Hindu hand gesture that represents a lion-faced incarnation of Vishnu, the Great Protector Simhamukha. So, although a mutually beneficial promise seems to have been made between the two figures, each one seeks security, aware that the other can still back out of the deal.

Matthew ★★★★★

Didn't expect the vinyl to feel this solid in hand, the black colorway has a nice matte finish that hides fingerprints. Only 150 pieces made so I grabbed one fast.

Michael ★★★★★

The matte black finish really makes the sculpted details pop under direct light, and at 6.5 inches it commands just the right amount of shelf space. Only 150 pieces exist, so it feels special knowing I've got one of the few.

The vinyl itself is surprisingly hefty for a 6.5-inch piece, and the matte black finish really lets the sculptural detail pop. I’ve been collecting designer toys for a while, and the limited run of 150 makes this feel like a proper score. It’s sitting front and center on my shelf now.
