Soey Milk syntyi Soulissa, Koreassa, ja muutti Yhdysvaltoihin yksitoistavuotiaana. Milk’in varhainen polku vei häntä kohti ballerinan uraa, mutta kun hän ensi kertaa tutustui maalaamiseen, hän löysi heti uuden intohimon. Silti osa baletin ulottuvuuksista säilyi, sillä häntä veti edelleen voimakkaasti puoleensa ihmisen anatomia, joka oli kulmakivi hänen fotorealistisen tyylinsä kehitykselle.

Didn't expect the red to look this deep in person, almost black until the light hits it. The paint job on the little details is really clean too. Only 200 of these made, so I'm glad I grabbed one when I did.

The matte vinyl finish on this 6.5-inch piece really catches the light differently depending on the angle, which makes it pop on my shelf. Number 87 of 200 arrived in perfect condition, and that release date of 2.2.22 feels like a nice little detail to have.
